Nikki and Ava Update

Nikki is doing much better, she is recovering slowly but has been discharged as of Wednesday Night and was able to go home and sleep in her own bed for the night. Unfortunately, our precious little Ava was not able to go home just quite yet as she has ben diagnosed with hyperbilirubinanemia in other words, Jaundice and had to be put under the lights for treatment. Here are a couple of pictures of her and her adoreable shades I took on Tuesday (7/22/08)!! The doctors believe she will be able to stop treatment today and go home with an anxious Mommy and Daddy tonight.. Let's all keep our fingers crossed that all goes well!
