Thursday outing at DeCoursey Park and Clarks Creek Hatchery

Today my Grandmother and I took the kids to DeCoursey Park in Puyallup followed by a trip to the Clarks Creek Hatchery. This is a beautiful park along Clarks Creek and has a pond area in which fish, ducks and geese like to hang out. DeCoursey also has a beautiful tree lined walking path with views of both the pond and creek and neat bridges and floating docks to walk on. This park also features a small little playground which the kids played on and few picnic areas as well..

As you will see in the pictures we did feed the ducks and did not realize until after that they ask that you not feel the water fowl so now we know why they were so eager for snacks.. (what harm do crackers and bread do a duck I ask you anyhow?)

Here are some pictures and a couple of videos from our day...
